As an Associate in the Distributor Oversight Team, you ensure distributors operate in line with company policies and regulations. You coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to monitor compliance and performance. You analyze data, prepare reports, and identify opportunities for process enhancements.

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct due diligence and ongoing oversight of distributors.
• Collaborate with external vendors for performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with internal sales and client service teams.
• Develop and manage distributor due diligence plans.
• Prepare and present reports to Boards and Committees.
• Analyze data to identify trends and risks.
• Maintain dashboards and tracking tools for distributor performance.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and senior management.
• Support contract compliance and fulfillment.

 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in asset management and distributor oversight.
• Understand distribution processes and regulatory requirements.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Alteryx proficiently.
• Communicate confidently with senior stakeholders and global teams.
• Work independently and collaboratively within diverse teams.

• Negotiate terms and collaborate with legal specialists.
