Operations IT Projects Associate

Business Vertical: CSFD Business Division

Department: Central Ops

Key Objectives of the Job:

• Be the key link between the business and IT teams to ensure smooth implementation of systems and processes
• Work with internal stakeholders to elicit and gather requirements
• Articulate information into Requirement document and process maps
• Produce business and user cases
• Document current state and future state process
• Deliver UAT and prepare test and UAT scripts as well as functional end-to-end testing support,
• Implementation of Change Requests & Training End Users on functionality. 

• Monitor projects and processes to ensure smooth running without impacting stakeholders.

   

Major Deliverables:

• Timely Delivery as per agreed SLA. 

• Timely UAT & Project Implementation.

   

Specialized job competencies:

• Processes modelling
• Requirements engineering
• Understanding of networks, databases and other technology.
• Exposure to financial accounting applications with knowledge of LMS systems like SAP (ECC6, S4 HANA), FINNONE, POSIDEX with be added advantage
• Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data query/data management tools is helpful (Access, SQL, Business Objects)
• Proficiency in scripting application like Python, J Scripts, VBA.
• Data base Management skills like MS SQL, Postgress..  
• Data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comps
• Good financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models in Tableau
• Oral and written communication skills
• Interpersonal and consultative skills
• Facilitation skills

• Organizational skills

   

Educational Qualification:

• BE / B Tech Computer Science, MCA with exposure in BFSI

   

Specialized Certifications/ Programs (If any)

Six Sigma Certificate
