Associate - Credit - Digitalization - RFB - Mumbai - Goregaon (E) - JM
Core Responsibilities:
o Active engagement with stakeholders and if required- relevant fintech/ IT vendors
o Analyse and Provide data on various credit performance parameters
o Tracing out opportunities/ not in line with policy rules from the customer segments coming in
o Discussing the data backed analysis with Credit Team/ Risk team and proposing relevant changes in the rules/ journey
o Monitoring all CFAB product digital journeys from Credit side and ensuring testing/ tracing out further scope
o Testing BRE rules for new policies along with other stake holders
o Closure with Internal Audit team to address related findings
o Suggest process/ journey changes and draft process notes/ BRDs
o MIS Automation by liaison with Data Science/Digital and IT Teams
o SPOC for Digital Projects undertaken by Credit Team
o Presentations to Senior management
