Associate - Customer Relationship Management - MFB - Mumbai - Lodha (I-Think Techno Campus) - J Grades
1. Assist in Query, Request, Complaint management activities
2. Assist in call center management activities
3. Cross business coordination and tracking for timely closure of leads and cases
4. Assistance in running various campaigns Eg: pre-approved loans etc.
5. Preparing various daily / weekly MIS for analysis and process improvement
6. Assist in cross sell activities
