Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

•  Total experience: 15+ years
• Entrepreneurial leader with  years of experience in supply chain consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise technology, including extensive client-facing work with C-suite executives
• Strong expertise in Account Management and Business Development, with a proven ability to shape deals, close lighthouse clients, and grow consulting practices
• Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain strategy, planning, and execution across demand planning, inventory, manufacturing, distribution, and supplier networks
• Proven experience in Supply Chain Diagnostics, maturity assessments, and defining transformation roadmaps
• Hands-on expertise in S&OP, IBP, LRP, and integrated planning processes
• Advanced knowledge of inventory optimization, inventory analytics, and planning algorithms
• Experience working across multiple industries and global client environments
• Strong familiarity with APS platforms such as SAP IBP, Kinaxis RapidResponse, o9, Anaplan, Blue Yonder
• Hands-on exposure as a product owner, product manager, or solution architect for AI-driven or data-centric technology offerings
• Strong ability to bridge business strategy and engineering teams to deliver scalable, value-driven solutions
• Proven leadership in change management, user adoption, and organizational transformation initiatives
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• MBA or equivalent preferred; technical or engineering background is a strong plus

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as a strategic advisor and thought leader for clients on Supply Chain Optimization and Integrated Business Planning initiatives
• Lead high-impact supply chain diagnostics, planning-led optimization programs, and transformation engagements
• Define and activate go-to-market strategies for integrated supply chain solutions aligned to industry verticals and buyer personas
• Create intellectual property frameworks and publish thought leadership establishing Nagarro’s POV on AI-driven supply chain transformation
• Establish and manage strategic partnerships with advanced supply chain technology vendors (e.g., Lyric, Auger)
• Assess client supply chain maturity, pain points, and AI readiness to shape future-state roadmaps
• Define and deliver AI-led solutions such as demand forecasting, network optimization, and predictive inventory management
• Close lighthouse clients, including at least one Fortune 1000 organization
• Drive measurable business outcomes, targeting double-digit improvements in KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory productivity, cost-to-serve, and fill rate
• Lead organizational change and adoption strategies to embed AI-enabled decision-making
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment across supply chain, IT, finance, and commercial teams
• Design and deliver training programs and stakeholder engagement plans to maximize transformation ROI
• Provide leadership during discovery, advisory, presales, and early delivery phases
• Collaborate with internal engineering, data science, and consulting teams to shape viable and scalable solutions
• Mentor and enable the Supply Chain Center of Excellence by sharing domain expertise and commercial insights
• Champion best practices in supply chain strategy, planning, analytics, and transformation execution
• Act as a strategic visionary, connecting supply chain initiatives to long-term enterprise value and sustainability goals

 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
