  Lead resource management efforts to allocate and optimize team capabilities across projects Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment of project goals and expectations Oversee quality management processes to maintain high standards throughout project life cycles Develop and implement comprehensive project plans including scope schedule and financial management Monitor project financials including budgeting forecasting and cost control to ensure profitability Drive project governance frameworks to ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards Facilitate risk identification and crisis management to mitigate project impacts Support benefits management to track and realize project outcomes and value delivery Guide scope and change management processes to handle project adjustments effectively Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery

Roles and Responsibilities 

    Plan coordinate and manage multiple projects ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget Engage with key stakeholders to communicate project status risks and issues effectively Lead efforts in schedule management ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met Implement quality assurance measures and conduct regular audits to uphold project standards Manage project financials including invoicing purchase orders and budget tracking Identify assess and mitigate risks and crises impacting project success Establish and enforce project governance practices ensuring adherence to organizational policies Mentor and guide project teams fostering a collaborative and highperformance environment Drive continuous improvement initiatives in project management processes and tools Prepare and present comprehensive reports and dashboards for senior leadership review
