BIM CAD Draftsman

1. Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant CAD software.
2. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of civil engineering design principles, materials & connections.
3. Education:  ITI certification, or diploma in civil drafting/engineering.
4. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in calculations and drafting.
5. Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for coordinating with project teams.

Responsibilities :

•  Prepare detailed, high-quality 2D drawings and 3D models.
• Use CAD  tools to identify potential conflicts between structural or utility systems. 
•  Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, building codes, and regulations.
• Work with engineers and architects to interpret specifications and turn them into actionable construction documents.
• Maintain, revise, and update detailed drawings and project records.
