BIM Coordinator

BIM Standards & Documentation: Develop internal BIM standards and object libraries across 13 batches, ensuring alignment with the Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP) and streamlining modelling.
Constructability & Reporting: Create Power BI dashboards for Model Health and mitigate 100+ NCRs using 3D snapshots to justify constructability deviations.
CDE Workflow Management: Managed the SharePoint-based CDE, enforcing strict ISO 19650 protocols (naming, revision, S0-S4 status codes) and controlling WIP-to-Shared transitions to ensure 100% data integrity and compliance.
Site Query Resolution: Investigated and facilitated resolution of 500+ site engineering queries using As-built survey data overlay in Navisworks.
Team Upskilling: Identify skill gaps and provide targeted training to team members on BIM compliance and software best practices, ensuring continuous upskilling.
