What would you do? You will be part of the Technology for Operations team that acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. The team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. We work closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. The Tech For Operations (TFO) team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. Works closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions.,Tech for Operations involves using technology to improve and streamline business operations. This role includes implementing software solutions, automating processes, and managing IT systems that support operational activities. It also involves analyzing data to optimize performance and ensure efficiency. The goal is to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness through the effective use of technology. Major sub deals include AHO(Application Hosting Operations), ISMT (Infrastructure Management), Intelligent Automation Build market driven software products (1-to-many) by identifying market problems to be solved, user and buyer personas, creating effective requirements, and developing strategic go-to-market strategies for product or Platform introduction. Manage the series of changes a software product goes through, from its design and development to its ultimate retirement or disposal.
What are we looking for? Project Delivery and Execution: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of solutions, services, or programs to clients, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met Client Interaction and Relationship Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for senior leadership, both internally and with clients, facilitating communication, reporting, and managing expectations Team Leadership and Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and enable collaboration to achieve business objectives Operational Oversight: Collect and analyze operational data, reconcile transactions, monitor performance metrics, and drive process improvements Strategic and Risk Management: Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure consistent application of best practices for delivery excellence Talent and Practice Management: In certain roles (e.g., Talent & HR Practice), manage talent-related delivery aspects, support human resources operations, and guide teams in implementing HR or business strategy Strong leadership and people management skills . Excellent client communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities . Project management expertise, including familiarity with methodologies like Agile or Waterfall . Analytical and problem-solving capabilities to monitor and improve delivery performance . Knowledge of domain-specific practices if aligned to verticals such as Finance Operations, HR Shared Services, or Cloud services
