As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in understanding and analyzing business needs, and translating them into effective digital solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the bank's digital agenda and enhancing its overall efficiency. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and external partners, to ensure the successful implementation of digital initiatives.- Conduct thorough business process analysis and identify areas for improvement and digital transformation.
- Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of business needs.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, working closely with IT teams to develop effective solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Create detailed business process models and diagrams to visualize and communicate complex processes.
- Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for process enhancements and system improvements.
- Support the implementation and testing of new digital solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, identifying areas for further optimization.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, and propose innovative solutions to drive digital transformation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless integration of digital solutions across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modeling, requirements gathering, and gap analysis.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks is preferred.
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive and innovative mindset, with a passion for driving digital transformation.
