Summary:
In the role of Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can enhance value for the organization. This includes gathering and analyzing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and designing comprehensive business solutions that align with strategic goals. The role also entails collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective technology-driven models and supporting organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and overseeing the execution of critical initiatives. The position requires a proactive approach to ensure that business objectives are met through innovative and practical solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of business strategies with technology solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and validate business requirements.
- Assist in the development and communication of business cases to support project funding and prioritization.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Applications Security.
- Strong understanding of access control frameworks and security policies within enterprise applications.
- Experience in designing and implementing role-based access controls and segregation of duties.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex business requirements to develop secure and compliant solutions.
- Familiarity with identity and access management concepts and tools related to Oracle Fusion Applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on security risk mitigation and compliance adherence.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Applications Security.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
