Project Role : Business Function Design Architect
Project Role Description : Innovate and design function business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet business process and function requirements. Work closely with the business process owners to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive process efficiency. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

Summary:
As a Business Function Design Architect, a typical day involves innovating and designing business processes that align with organizational goals. This role requires close collaboration with business process owners to develop detailed process blueprints and define key performance indicators that drive efficiency. The architect participates in quality management reviews to ensure that all design and business requirements are fulfilled. Additionally, the role involves educating stakeholders to foster a comprehensive understanding of the designed processes, ensuring smooth implementation and continuous improvement across the organization.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process frameworks to support organizational objectives.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive process integration.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Strategy and Assessment.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience in designing and implementing process blueprints and performance measurement frameworks.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders to drive consensus and alignment.
- Excellent communication skills to educate and guide stakeholders on process designs and benefits.
