Project Role : Business Function Design Architect
Project Role Description : Innovate and design function business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet business process and function requirements. Work closely with the business process owners to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive process efficiency. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

Summary:
As a Business Function Design Architect, a typical day involves innovating and designing business processes that align with organizational goals and functional requirements. This role requires close collaboration with business process owners to develop detailed process blueprints and define key performance indicators that drive efficiency. The architect participates in quality management reviews to ensure that all design and business requirements are fulfilled. Additionally, the role includes educating stakeholders to foster a comprehensive understanding of the designed processes, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process frameworks to support organizational objectives.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on process design.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business process efficiency.
- Experience in designing and implementing business process models and frameworks.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills to educate and guide stakeholders on process designs.
- Familiarity with quality management principles and process compliance standards.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
