Project Role : Business Process ArchitectProject Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes that support organizational goals. This role requires creating detailed documentation that serves as a blueprint for implementing new processes and technologies. The professional collaborates closely with business stakeholders to define product requirements and develop use cases that align with both process and functional needs. Additionally, the role includes participating in user and task analysis to accurately represent business needs, ensuring that solutions are practical and effective across various teams and departments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process documentation to ensure clarity and usability.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align objectives and expectations.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Retail Xstore Point of Service (POS).
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate and improve business processes effectively.
- Experience in documenting complex workflows and translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive consensus and deliver solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate process designs and facilitate stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with business process modeling and user task analysis methodologies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Retail Xstore Point of Service (POS).
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
