Business Process Manager-HO & SUPPORT-Processes

                  Position Title  - Team Member – RL PROCESS Team

  1. Writing detailed comprehensive processes basis changes in regulation, product, system etc  post analyzing risks and responsibilities from all perspectives & ensuring timely release of the same by liaising with respective stakeholders.
  2. Liaisoning with stakeholders like Compliance / Risk / Product / Legal / OPS etc. to gather information.
  3. Identification of existing processes for revision / updation.
  4. Providing tailor made solutions to Branches for specific business requirements.
  5. Provide assistance to product / operations /management. 
  6. The team member will be responsible for ensuring that customer requests for deceased claim settlement are closed within defined TAT of Bank 
  7. Any process / policies affecting Retail Liabilities customers will have to be routed through this Team.
  8. Handling query desk for quick resolution of queries / clarifications raised by channel

 Job Requirements:

 


  1. Excellent written and oral communication skills 
  2. In depth knowledge about Branch Banking Products, Operations and Processes
  3. Knowledge about Deceased claim related process is mandatory
  4. Summary recommendations from SMEs for process improvements and other findings
  5. Should be able to think proactively for process changes from Business Process Re-engineering perspective
  6. Should be aware of competitive practices.
  7. Knowledge of Regulatory Guidelines
  8. Ability to work and close tasks independently
  9. Strong spoken and written Communication skills 
  10. Assertive attitude
  11. Good analytical skills & eye for details
  12. Keen eye for market intelligence and competition.
  13. Strong follow up ability & keenness to complete tasks
