Job Description
Responsibilities: Collection II Recovery
- Clients via /Email to Inform Them about Their Outstanding Payments.
- Collect Outstanding Payments and processing loan requests.
- Ensure Collected Material Is Submitted Safely And Maintain Up-To-Date Records.
- Be Aware of Collections Policy for Effective Implementation and Take Necessary Legal Actions In Case Of Defaulters.
- Flexible to work as per company requirements
- Follow up with team Manager for completion of requirement and communication to customer till closer
- End of day reporting on daily visits and collections
Qualifications:
- EXPERIENCE: Graduate with 1 to years of experience in the collection II Recovery.
- LANGUAGE: English, Hindi
- WORKING: 6 Days
- WEEK-OFF: 1 Day week-off
- SHIFT: Day Shift
- Must have a personal laptop.
