As Communications Specialist for Worley, you will play a key role in achieving our ambition by connecting business performance, strategy and communications. You’ll be an influential partner to senior leadership, building the profile, reputation and relationships necessary to position Worley in India, while enhancing Worley’s reputation as an employer of choice.
The Role
The successful candidate will partner closely with the Senior Vice President and leadership teams to analyze business performance, track strategic priorities, and deliver communications that drive alignment and engagement across India and GIDGEI.
· Be the trusted communications and business partner: Work closely with the Senior Vice President and their extended leadership to provide insight, analysis and tailored approaches that support decision-making, business performance and engagement.
· Drive performance insight and alignment: Analyze business performance, identify risks and opportunities, anticipate needs and align with broader business priorities.
· Plan and deliver communications: Develop and manage communications that build clarity, consistency and engagement across India and GIDGEI.
· Support strategic initiatives: Plan, coordinate and track key initiatives, ensuring progress is monitored, actions are followed up and priorities executed effectively.
· Enable leadership effectiveness: Coordinate leadership activities and governance forums, including agendas, materials and tracking outcomes.
· Develop compelling materials: Create key messages, presentations and materials that simplify complex information and reinforce Worley’s strategy.
· Prepare insights and briefings: Develop briefing materials, background notes and insights to support leadership engagements.
· Collaborate: Work closely with Corporate Affairs, Marketing and business leaders to ensure consistency and minimize duplication of effort.
About You
You are a driven and analytical professional with strong business acumen and communication skills, able to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
· Strategic and analytical thinking: Interpret data, identify trends and provide meaningful insights.
· Strong communication skills: Develop presentations, briefings and materials across formats.
· Storytelling talent: You can transform complex topics into clear, relatable, and inspiring messages suited to the audience. Excellent writer across styles.
· Stakeholder engagement: Build trusted relationships in a matrixed environment.
· Organization and delivery: Manage multiple priorities and deliver with accuracy.
· Collaboration skills: You are a team player and excel in a global/large/regional environment and are expert at building relationships across diverse teams and regions and keep your line manager and relevant leaders informed.
· Professionalism in how you engage: Show good judgment and a professional attitude when engaging with internal and external stakeholders and demonstrate emotional intelligence based on an ability to listen and learn.
You must exercise considerable discretion about information communicated and handle serious and sensitive subjects with tact, excellent judgment, and confidentiality. This role will contribute to an environment in which all team members are respected regardless of their differences and are motivated to improve their individual and team contributions to achieve desired business results.
Key Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Economics, or a related field
· Approximately 5+ years of related experience working within a large organization with an emphasis on communications and/or business analysis
· A track record of managing multiple stakeholders, including senior leaders
· Proven ability to translate complex data, insights, and concepts into clear, actionable outputs for diverse audiences
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop presentations, briefings, and materials across formats
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, multi-task and show the impact of their work
· Languages - English (essential)

· Platform experience (Workshop, Microsoft 365, Monday, Riverside etc.)
