Senior Legal Counsel - Contracts and Compliance

Company Secretary & Senior Counsel, Contracts (1 year Contract)

Job Description

 

1. Vetting, reviewing and negotiating various Agreements /Contracts/Transaction with quality inputs and quick turn-around time. 

2. Primary focus on Contractual / commercial risk identification.

3. Ensure Contracts are in compliance with guidelines / playbook and minimizing risk while aligning with business goals

4. Rendering assistance and support to all stakeholders and work closely with cross-location teams, to provide the overall legal strategy and guidance on all transaction

5. Prepare, review, and modify legal documents to support business activities.

6. Supporting Regulatory Compliance team to complete the Due Diligence formalities

7. Perform other duties and assist with special projects as assigned,

 

Qualification / Skills:

• Law Graduate (LLB) from reputed university.

• Well versed with Laws of Contracts in India and related regulations 

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience,

• Excellent drafting, negotiating and communication skills. 

• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple matters simultaneously.

• Well acquainted with use of technology.
