Project Role : Container Engineer
Project Role Description : Develops Dockerfile or collaborates to build, test, and deploy bundled code, runtime engine, tools, libraries, and settings into one portable package. Responsibilities include designing container cluster architecture and installing, configuring, scheduling and troubleshooting the workloads of containers. Fluent in container concepts, including Kubernetes ecosystem, container registries and networking, as well as service mesh integration and DevOps CI/CD chain.

Summary:
As a Container Engineer, a typical day involves creating and refining containerized applications by developing Dockerfiles and collaborating with team members to build, test, and deploy comprehensive software packages. The role includes designing and managing container cluster architectures, ensuring smooth installation, configuration, and scheduling of container workloads. Daily activities also encompass troubleshooting container environments and integrating various components within the container ecosystem to maintain efficient and reliable operations. This position requires continuous interaction with different teams to align container solutions with project goals and operational requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Design and implement container cluster architectures to support scalable and resilient applications.
- Manage installation, configuration, and scheduling of container workloads to optimize performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to container environments and orchestration platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of containerized applications within the DevOps pipeline.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Strong understanding of containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with container registries and networking concepts within container ecosystems.
- Familiarity with service mesh integration to enhance container communication and security.
- Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines in DevOps environments.
- Ability to monitor and troubleshoot container workloads to maintain system reliability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
