• Lead and manage the Health Care Finance-Credit department, overseeing a team of credit analysts and officers.
• Develop and implement credit policies and procedures specific to the healthcare industry, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Analyze and assess credit risks associated with healthcare clients, including hospitals, clinics, and medical practices.
• Approve or recommend credit limits, terms, and conditions for healthcare clients based on thorough financial analysis.
• Monitor and manage the credit portfolio, identifying potential risks and taking proactive measures to mitigate them.
• Collaborate with healthcare clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored credit solutions.

• A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is required, with a preference for a master's degree in finance or healthcare management.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in credit management, with a strong background in healthcare finance.
• Demonstrated expertise in credit analysis, risk assessment, and portfolio management, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Excellent knowledge of healthcare industry dynamics, including understanding of healthcare regulations and financial trends.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team of credit professionals.
