Job Summary
The Core HR Techno-Functional Consultant will work on the end-to-end transformation from SAP HCM to Oracle Fusion Cloud. You will be responsible for requirement gathering, gap analysis between the two systems, and the technical execution of data migration, including mapping legacy SAP structures to Oracle's enterprise and workforce models.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Design & Configuration: Translate business requirements from legacy SAP processes into Oracle Fusion functional designs. Configure Core HR modules including enterprise structures (Legal Entities, BUs), workforce structures (Jobs, Positions, Grades), and person management.
Data Migration (SAP to Fusion): work on the complex data conversion process by mapping legacy SAP data to Oracle HCM Cloud. Perform bulk data loads and validations using HCM Data Loader (HDL), Spreadsheet Loader (HSDL), and Payroll Batch Loader (PBL).
Technical Development: Design and maintain technical components such as Fast Formulas for complex business logic, HCM Extracts for outbound integrations, and BI Publisher/OTBI for advanced HR reporting.
System Integration: Develop and support integrations between Oracle Fusion and third-party or remaining legacy systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and web services.
Security & Compliance: Set up and customize the Oracle Cloud security model, including data roles, security profiles, and BPM Worklist approval workflows.
Testing & Support: Conduct and lead system cycles including SIT, UAT, and regression testing. Provide post-go-live support and manage quarterly Oracle update evaluations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 5–10 years of techno-functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, with a proven track record of at least 2–3 full lifecycle implementations involving migrations from legacy systems
Technical Tools: Proficiency in HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, Fast Formulas, and SQL/PL-SQL.
Functional Expertise: Deep knowledge of global HR best practices, workforce administration, and organizational design within Oracle Fusion.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
