As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development.
- Experience in managing and leading software engineering teams through complex project lifecycles.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges while maintaining alignment with business objectives.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and scalable software solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
