Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft ASP.NET.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development.
- Experience in managing code quality, performance optimization, and scalability considerations.
- Ability to lead and coordinate development teams through complex project phases.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
