Customer Service Manager_R-WBG OPERATIONS (OPS)-Customer Service Desk
- Manage and oversee customer service desk operations ensuring high-quality service delivery. - Lead a team to handle customer queries, complaints, and support requests effectively. - Coordinate with various departments to resolve customer issues promptly. - Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. - Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines. - Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams to maintain smooth operations. - Drive initiatives to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. - Handle escalations and provide solutions to complex customer problems. - Maintain records and reports related to customer service activities. - Support training and development of customer service staff to maintain service standards.Job role
