Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Success Management professional to join the Data & Analytics Division of the London Stock Exchange Group, partnering with our Sales & Account Management organization at LSEG to grow & retain our business.

We are currently searching for a high calibre, upbeat and driven candidate to join a high performing Customer Success team covering our Real-Time & Digital Wealth Market Data solutions. The role is based in Mumbai while a small amount of travel may be required to cater for clients around the South Asia.

Role Responsibilities
- Maintain and uplift client Data & Feed usage by demonstrating value of LSEG solutions, to grow stickiness and adoption of LSEG Real-Time, Tick-History, Low-Latency, and Digital Wealth solutions
- Partnering with client to develop tailored Customer Value Plan, ensure successful value delivery to secure service contract renewal & retention
- Internally embed Voice of Customers in product & content roadmaps for sustained value delivery and improved user experience
- Uncover high-quality sales leads through pro-active curiosity, growing LSEG Average Spend per Customer and solution footprint
- Successful execution of our customer coverage model, delivering value adhering to our client engagement standards, improving customer health by embracing a data-driven model to optimize Deployment, Engagement, Adoption and Return On Investment for customers, delivering verified value for key renewals
- Engage end users optimally at scale by using digital / client training platforms for comprehensive user enablement, empowering our customers through structured learning pathways and personalized content based on user persona
- Actively participate in key strategic programs to support core LSEG business objectives
- Support Account Management strategies for growth and value delivery
- Drive technical onboarding / integration for faster time to value
- Triage and scale operational support and expertise to enable great user experience
- Align with Sales Team on client use cases for a smooth transition from Sales to value delivery
- Proactive Customer Life-cycle management
Experience and Qualifications Required
- 5+ years of experience as a proactive Customer Success Manager
- Demonstrable track record of ability to build partnerships with internal and external networks, based on mutual trust and informative advice and consistent delivery
- Experience in Real-Time Market Data, Digital Wealth Solutions, Software Development, Computer Networking, Product demonstrations preferred
- Ability to communicate and decode sophisticated technical concepts to clients simply
- Effective oral and written communication skills when dealing with clients at various organization levels
- Strong business sense with a commercial/pragmatic approach
- Ability to influence and negotiate
- Ability to collaborate and work across a large, diverse, and matrixed organization
