As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated individual who can manage customer communication, improve service quality, and convert direct inquiries into sales.

💰 Compensation Structure

Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 per month (₹6,000 for support role + ₹4,000 minimum assured incentive)

👉 You will receive a minimum of ₹10,000 every month

👉 If your sales-based incentives exceed ₹4,000, the extra amount will be added on top (no upper limit)

👉 The more sales you convert, the more you earn

📈 Monthly Incentive Structure (Applicable only on direct offline sales personally converted through WhatsApp / Instagram and paid via UPI)

5% on sales up to ₹35,000

10% on sales from ₹35,001 to ₹1,00,000

15% on sales from ₹1,00,001 to ₹2,00,000

20% on sales above ₹2,00,000

👉 No upper limit on incentives

💡 Example Monthly Earnings

If you convert ₹2,50,000 in offline sales:

First ₹35,000 @ 5% = ₹1,750

Next ₹65,000 @ 10% = ₹6,500

Next ₹1,00,000 @ 15% = ₹15,000

Remaining ₹50,000 @ 20% = ₹10,000

Total Incentive = ₹33,250

Minimum assured incentive = ₹4,000

👉 Since ₹33,250 is higher, full incentive will be paid

Total Monthly Earnings = ₹6,000 (fixed) + ₹33,250 = ₹39,250

Key Responsibilities

📞 Customer Calls & Order Confirmation

Call customers to confirm address, product details, and delivery information and ensure accuracy before dispatch

🔁 RTO & Returned Parcel Re-dispatch

Call customers whose parcel has been returned (RTO), reconfirm details, and coordinate re-dispatch

💬 Customer Support

Handle customer queries on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and Email, and assist with product details, delivery updates, and order queries

💸 Offline Sales Conversion

Convert direct inquiries into confirmed orders, explain products and offers, and assist customers in completing UPI payments

📱 Social Media Engagement

Post basic content 3–4 times a week and reply to comments and DMs

⭐ Reviews & Feedback

Follow up with customers for reviews and collect feedback and return reasons

📊 Record Keeping

Maintain records in Excel / Google Sheets including customer inquiries, order status, delivery updates, RTO cases, and sales conversions

Training will be provided for all processes.

🎯 Ideal Candidate

Strong Hindi communication and basic English

Comfortable with calls and customer chats

Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge

Friendly, patient, and customer-focused

Interest in sales and earning incentives

Prior telecalling / support / sales experience preferred

Mumbai candidates preferred

🕒 Work From Home | Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
