As we continue to expand,

We are looking for a dedicated Sales & Customer Support Executive to manage customer communication, improve service quality, and convert direct inquiries into sales.


💰 Compensation Structure - Fixed Salary - ₹6,000 per month


📈 Monthly Incentive Structure (Applicable only on direct offline sales personally converted through WhatsApp / Instagram and paid via UPI)

  • 5% on sales up to ₹35,000
  • 10% on sales from ₹35,001 to ₹1,00,000
  • 15% on sales from ₹1,00,001 to ₹2,00,000
  • 20% on sales above ₹2,00,000


👉 No upper limit on incentives


The more sales you convert, the more you earn.


💡 Example Monthly EarningsIf you convert ₹2,50,000 in offline sales:

  • First ₹35,000 @ 5% = ₹1,750
  • Next ₹65,000 @ 10% = ₹6,500
  • Next ₹1,00,000 @ 15% = ₹15,000
  • Remaining ₹50,000 @ 20% = ₹10,000
  • Total Incentive = ₹33,250


  • Fixed Salary = ₹6,000👉 Total Monthly Earnings = ₹39,250



Key Responsibilities -


📞 Customer Calls & Order Confirmation


Call customers to confirm address, product details, and delivery information


  • Ensure order details are accurate before dispatch
  • 🔁 RTO & Returned Parcel Re-dispatch
  • Call customers whose parcel has returned back to us (RTO)


  • Reconfirm address and availability


  • Coordinate and resend the parcel after confirmation


💬 Customer Support -

  • Respond to customer queries on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and Email
  • Assist with product details, delivery updates, and order queries



💸 Offline Sales Conversion

  • Convert direct inquiries from WhatsApp / Instagram into confirmed orders
  • Explain products and offers
  • Help customers complete payment via UPI


📱 Social Media Engagement -

  • Post content 3–4 times a week
  • Reply to comments and DMs


⭐ Reviews & Feedback

  • Follow up with customers for reviews
  • Collect return reasons and feedback


📊 Record Keeping

Maintain basic records in Excel / Google Sheets for:

  • customer inquiries
  • order status
  • delivery updates
  • RTO / resend cases
  • sales converted


Training will be provided.

  • 🎯 Ideal CandidateStrong Hindi communication + basic English
  • Comfortable with calls and customer chats
  • Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
  • Friendly, patient, and customer-focused
  • Prior telecalling / support / sales experience preferred
  • Mumbai candidates preferred
