Data Analyst – Wholesale Banking| Mumbai

To support the Wholesale Banking Portfolio Manager by delivering accurate, timely, and actionable data insights that enable effective portfolio monitoring, regulatory compliance, performance tracking and strategic decision-making.

1. Assist in gathering, organizing, and preparing data required for timely and accurate reporting to regulatory bodies (e.g., RBI) and auditors.
2. Support internal compliance efforts by ensuring data accuracy and contributing to audit readiness.
3. Help track key portfolio-related metrics such as documentation status, security coverage, and cash flows in alignment with sanction terms.
4. Regularly update and maintain data to ensure portfolio health is accurately reflected for senior leadership reviews.
5. Provide analytical support by collecting and analyzing data related to key business metrics such as Average Book Size, NII, Fee Income, Cost-to-Income Ratio, ROA, and liabilities.
6. Assist in the creation and distribution of performance reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders, enabling timely decision-making.
7. Work alongside IT, Credit, Operations, and CAT teams to identify data-related inefficiencies and propose solutions to improve processes.
8. Offer data analysis and reporting support for various strategic initiatives and projects led by the Portfolio Manager.
