Summary
As a Lead – Digital Onboarding Journeys, a typical day involves designing, solutioning, and implementing end-to-end digital onboarding journeys for banking products across liabilities, assets, and credit cards. The role focuses on converting business requirements into compliant, scalable digital journeys while optimizing conversion, turnaround time, and customer experience through analytics and drop-off analysis.
Roles & Responsibilities
Design and own digital onboarding journeys across products.
Translate product needs into BRDs, FRDs, and journey documentation.
Define customer flows, integration touchpoints, and data capture needs.
Conduct drop-off analysis and funnel optimization.
Coordinate with Technology teams for API and system integrations.
Lead UAT, defect management, and go-live support.
Ensure regulatory, KYC, and risk compliance in onboarding flows.
Act as the central SPOC across stakeholders.
Professional & Technical Skills
Must To Have Skills: Digital onboarding experience in banking.
Strong BRD/FRD documentation and solutioning skills.
Knowledge of KYC, bureau integration, and digital risk controls.
Experience with analytics-driven journey optimization.
Strong stakeholder and delivery management capability.
Additional Information
8–12 years of experience in Digital Banking / Product roles.
Mumbai-based role.
Graduate degree required.
