As the Head – Digital Product (Liabilities, TPP, TFX), the role involves leading the digital enablement, delivery, and performance of savings, deposits, third-party products, and trade & forex services. The position ensures compliant, scalable, and customer-centric digital solutions with measurable business outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities

Define and own digital product strategy and roadmap.
Lead BRD creation, UAT oversight, and delivery governance.
Manage budgets, resources, and ROI tracking.
Ensure end-to-end process automation and compliance.
Drive analytics-led optimization and performance tracking.
Manage stakeholder alignment across business and technology.
Lead innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must To Have Skills: Digital Banking Product Management.
Strong understanding of liabilities, TPP, and TFX processes.
Expertise in regulatory compliance and governance.
Data-driven, strategic, and execution-focused mindset.

Additional Information

10–15 years of experience in Digital Banking & Product roles.
Mumbai-based role.
MBA / Postgraduate qualification required.
