What would you do? Enterprise Supply Chain Leader responsible for defining and executing the strategic roadmap for supply-chain-led New Product Introduction (NPI) delivery across a global portfolio of programs, markets, and business units. Accountable for portfolio governance, operational excellence, organizational capability building, and long-term value realization while serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership. Leads large-scale cross-functional teams to ensure supply readiness, deployment excellence, risk mitigation, and business continuity while driving transformational initiatives through digitalization, automation, advanced planning technologies, and data-driven decision making. Shapes future operating models, strengthens enterprise-wide governance frameworks, and delivers measurable business outcomes aligned to growth, customer service, cost, quality, compliance, and working capital objectives. Owns strategic client relationships and is accountable for expanding business impact through continuous innovation, operational efficiency, talent development, and sustainable value creation.
What are we looking for? Experience Required •18–22+ years of progressive Supply Chain, Operations, Program Management, and Transformation leadership experience with demonstrated expertise in leading global supply-chain-led NPI portfolios, enterprise-scale transformations, complex multi-market deployments and commercialization. Education •Bachelor s Degree (B.Com/B.Sc/BBA/BE/B.Tech); MBA / master’s in supply chain, Operations, or Business Management preferred Tools & Systems •Power BI, Tableau, MS Project, Planisware, AI-enabled planning platforms, Advanced Analytics solutions •Travel Requirement As per business requirement Industry Experience FMCG, FMCD, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, Industrial, Regulatory, or other complex global supply chain environments Financial & Business Value Management • Drive operational and financial performance improvements through strategic initiatives focused on productivity, cost optimization, service excellence, and risk reduction. • Accountable for achieving measurable business impact and demonstrating value realization aligned with client and organizational objectives. Talent & Organization Leadership • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing leadership team of managers and delivery leaders while creating clear succession and capability development plans. • Build future-ready organizational capabilities aligned with evolving supply chain skill requirements, digital transformation agendas, and business growth objectives. • Drive strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention, diversity initiatives, and leadership development programs. • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and employee engagement through the Lean-Do-Teach philosophy. Governance, Risk & Compliance • Ensure enterprise-wide adherence to governance frameworks, operational controls, compliance requirements, quality standards, and master data integrity.
Roles and Responsibilities: •Strategic Leadership & Portfolio Governance • Own and lead the end-to-end Supply Chain NPI portfolio strategy across multiple regions, business units, and product categories, ensuring alignment with enterprise growth objectives and long-term business priorities. • Drive executive governance and decision-making forums by providing strategic recommendations, scenario-based insights, and risk mitigation plans to senior leadership and client executives. • Establish portfolio prioritization frameworks and resource allocation strategies to maximize business value, execution effectiveness, and organizational agility. • Act as the ultimate escalation point for complex supply chain, operational, and deployment risks, ensuring timely resolution and mitigation. Executive Stakeholder Management • Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Commercial, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and Technology organizations. • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client leadership by translating business objectives into actionable supply chain strategies and measurable outcomes. • Influence and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups while managing competing priorities in a dynamic global environment. Operational Excellence & Delivery Leadership • Provide leadership oversight to multiple delivery managers and large operational teams, ensuring consistent execution excellence across the NPI portfolio. • Ensure delivery of committed business outcomes against defined KPIs, SLAs, and financial targets, including OTIF, launch readiness, working capital, inventory optimization, cost-to-serve, quality, compliance, and service performance. • Drive enterprise-wide adoption of continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence principles. Transformation, Innovation & Digital Enablement • Define and lead the strategic roadmap for supply chain transformation, leveraging advanced planning systems, AI/ML-enabled analytics, automation, and digital capabilities. • Identify and implement innovative solutions that improve planning accuracy, operational efficiency, visibility, and decision-making effectiveness. • Lead future-state operating model design initiatives to enhance organizational resilience, scalability, and competitive advantage. • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning by encouraging experimentation and adoption of emerging supply chain technologies.
