Strong expertise in project governance and client stakeholder management, with the ability to effectively manage complex project dynamics and delivery challenges.Overall professional experience of 12–15 years, with significant exposure to project management in technology-driven environments.Hands-on experience in automation project governance, ensuring adherence to delivery standards, quality benchmarks, and project controls.Proficient in JIRA administration and dashboard management, including tracking tasks, monitoring project progress, and ensuring timely closure of action items.Responsible for ensuring that all test cases, execution evidence, and project artifacts are uploaded and maintained in JIRA in a timely manner.Should be proficient in effort estimation based on detailed scope analysis, with the ability to develop comprehensive project plans, define delivery roadmaps, and effectively present and align the proposed approach with client.Effective at managing internal stakeholders across delivery, quality, business, and leadership teams to drive alignment and successful project outcomes.Prior experience in Corporate Banking domain projects will be addon advantage.Excellent communication, coordination, and governance skills, with a proven ability to drive project execution while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.Job role
