Job Description

Need a Delivery Manager The incumbent will be responsible for manging and growing the business within cluster. The position will be responsible for the revenue worth of INR 10 Cr plus covering the overall portfolio and handling the team size of 500+ with 3-4 accounts. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 18+ years overall experience in the IT Industry. 10+ years of relevant Experience in BFSI Service Delivery for portfolio of large projects including driving the Revenue, profitability, customer success and people capability Presales. Possesses strong BFSI domain knowledge (Preferred Indian clients) Delivery of Projects – Multiple projects in portfolio parallel (including automation, functional, small to large size large project) Experience of working in Agile methodology and agile project life cycle Service Lines: Functional testing, Automation (Traditional and Robotic Test Automation), API Automation, Dev Ops-CT Handling Proof of Concepts (POC) and POV (value) including creating of business case Managing multiple projects in Digital and Enterprise Applications Space in BFS Segment Able to execute portfolio of project with digital and enterprise applications Should possess expertise in TCoE. Should be able to work in an ambiguous environment and deliver projects Should be able to handle customers and cross functional team Track record in client relationship management, service delivery management and people management Should possess conflict resolution, negotiation skills and decision-making abilities Should have strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to lead a team and work towards defined goals Strong attention to detail and willing to roll up sleeves and get the work done Good team player, flexible, enthusiastic, innovative, and proactive Self-starter with the ability to and confidence to work on own initiative to strict deadlines Project Management expertise Demonstrates flexibility in fast-paced environment Sense of personal accountability
