The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Mainframe CICS System Programming, ensuring that all project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership abilities, capable of driving project success while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage delivery management processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring timely delivery of all project milestones.
• Utilize strong Mainframe CICS System Programmer knowledge to guide technical teams in resolving complex issues and optimizing system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
• Implement best practices in project management methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong knowledge and experience in Mainframe CICS System Programming.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
• Experience in working with diverse teams across different geographical locations.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages and technologies related to mainframe systems.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
• Demonstrated success in leading delivery management initiatives within a technology-focused environment.
