Deputy Manager -PCM

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Knowledge of vehicle aggregates in Auto, Tractor, Trucks & Two wheeler
2. Study & Analysis of SOR/ Drawings for sheet metal components.
3. Business Case and Should be Cost Estimation of Sheet Metal parts/ Assemblies from SOR/drawing.
4. Knowledge of Sheet metal material grades, welding & surface treatment processes.
5. Knowledge of Cost Estimation of Hydrofoming,Hotforming processes.
6. Vehicle level systems Overall knowledge.
7. Cost Reduction & Cost Improvements in sheet metal components.
8. Knowledge of Most techniques,Component Cost Benchmarking, VAVE, Target Costing / Business perspective.
9. Working knowledge & experience of monitoring projects
10. Coordination with various agencies (i.e.PD/PP/ CME/CDMM/Sourcing)
11. Standiazation of child parts.
12. Working on Microsoft office. (MS Excel, word, Power point presentation etc)
13. Knowledge of design tools like 3D, Catia, UGNx and Nesting Tool Forming Suite.

Experience

Minimum 3 Years of relevant experience in the field of Sheet metal, in function like part development, manufacturing and should be costing of parts.

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

B.E.(Mechanical/ Automobile/ Production)
