Job Description

Total Experience- 3-5 yrs

Shift timings- General shift. Should be open to work in shifts.

Location : Mumbai (Airoli/ Worli)

Work Mode- Hybrid

Role Summary:

Working for an innovative agile test team where the person will be responsible for handling DevOps & cloud-based infrastructure related tasks.

Essential:

Technical Skills

• AWS / Azure services like - EC2, Azure VM, autoscaling, Sale Sets, Azure Blob Storage, S3, CloudFront, WAF, lambda, Azure functions, RDS, inspector (primary), etc.

• DevOps Tool - Jenkins, Ansible, terraform, packer, ELK (primary)

• Debugging skills using logs, monitoring information, etc.

• Monitoring tools - CloudWatch, Grafana, Freshping / similar (secondary)

Soft Skills

• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with distributed team members, customer counterparts, various stakeholders

• Demonstrate an enthusiastic and proactive approach to software development

• The ability to proactively suggest and implement process improvements that enhance the performance, productivity and morale of the team

• The ability to work flexibly and imaginatively in a changing and evolving project environment.

Overall Project/Task description

• To be part of NEC Projects Development Team responsible for providing quality products to customers.

• Capable of performing task independently or with minimum assistance.

• Ability to learn new technology or tool quickly 

• To have the skills to work through an issue with no real support, but identifying where additional information can be obtained, and pursuing accordingly.

• The ability to always think through any course of action clearly and not to take any actions that may have a negative outcome.

 

Qualifications

Graduate from any stream.
