What would you do? The SEO Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting SEO performance data to support global marketing and business objectives. This role focuses on analytics, insights, and performance tracking across all SEO initiatives. The individual will work closely with the SEO Ops Executive and other stakeholders to deliver accurate reporting, monitor KPIs, and provide actionable insights that guide decision-making. A successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for data-driven storytelling in the context of digital marketing and search engine performance
What are we looking for? ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE 1–2 years of experience in SEO analytics, performance reporting, or digital marketing data analysis Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Familiarity with SEO concepts, ranking factors, and search engine algorithms Understanding of key SEO metrics and KPIs Strong communication skills with ability to translate data into clear insights Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment Shape TECHNICAL / FUNCTIONAL / LEADERSHIP SKILLS REQUIRED Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA/GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar Strong Excel / Google Sheets and data visualization skills (e.g. Looker Studio, Power BI) Basic understanding of HTML, website structure, and SEO tracking implementations is a plus Ability to manage multiple data sources and maintain clean, organized datasets Collaborative and detail-oriented working style EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS / CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field SEO or Analytics certifications (Google Analytics, SEMrush Academy, etc.) preferred Shape BENEFICIAL Experience working with large data sets and dashboards Exposure to global marketing or digital operations teams Understanding of web performance and UX metrics Interest in learning SEO operations and broader digital marketing concepts
Roles and Responsibilities: •Gather, process, and analyze SEO data from multiple sources (e.g. GA/GA4, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Data Studio, etc.) Track, measure, and report on organic traffic, keyword rankings, backlinks, and other SEO KPIs Develop and maintain regular performance dashboards and reporting templates for global stakeholders Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in search performance data Support SEO audits through data extraction and quantitative analysis Conduct competitor benchmarking and share insights on market visibility and performance Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategy optimization and business goals Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting platforms Collaborate with the SEO Ops Executive to translate analytical findings into actionable improvement areas Maintain awareness of new SEO tools, metrics, and analytics best practices
