How you will contribute
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated PMO Lead to join our dynamic o9 implementation team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex supply chain planning projects. As a PMO Lead, you will play a critical role in driving project governance, ensuring execution excellence, and supporting stakeholders across all phases of o9 implementations.
This role focuses on establishing robust project governance frameworks, driving consistency across o9 Demand Planning (DP), Supply Planning (SP), and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) implementations, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards..
Responsibilities
Drive consistency and quality in project execution using appropriate methodologies and tools; cascade governance into actionable workstream rituals ensuring 100% adherence to o9 implementation standards
Identify, assess, and mitigate project-level risks, escalate critical issues to global leads/program manager; support workstream leads to resolve blockers and maintain momentum during high-pressure phases
Provide comprehensive project reporting via scorecards, status reports, and monthly review meetings, lead stakeholder meetings and communication across all levels
Lead budget management, resource planning, and utilization; ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget with confirmed go-live readiness
Own external vendor relationships including quality assurance oversight across all project delivery phases
Translate high-level PMO Tollgates into actionable "Level 4/5" detailed plans and tasks, ensuring workstreams have clear deliverables and timelines
Govern core ITSM processes (incident, change, problem management) for o9 implementations; ensure service providers meet expectations
Facilitate key project ceremonies (planning sessions, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives); coach teams on self-organization and continuous improvement
Conduct root cause analysis for delivery issues; establish weekly/monthly service reviews and monitor OLA agreements with stakeholders
Manage end-to-end operations coordination across end users, COE leads, technical teams, master data, and security functions

Knowledge, Experience and Education
Proven experience in project management methodology
PMP Certified or equivalent certification
Excellent project planning and proactiveness in identifying risks and mitigations and managing strict timelines
Strong focus on cost, schedule and quality of project delivery
Knowledge of relevant business processes and related technology solutions
Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
8-12 years of experience in project management and support operations

Excellent communication skills able to drive effective discussions with project resources from tactical execution level up to steering committee members
Stakeholder management and ability to influence positively in decision making
Proven ability in building effective teams across internal and external partners
