Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete calendar and daily schedule for the MD ensuring smooth coordination, prioritization, and conflict-free planning.
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, reviews, and discussions, including drafting agendas and arranging necessary pre‑reads.
  • Draft clear and detailed Minutes of Meeting (MOM) with defined action points and follow‑up with teams for timely closures.
  • Create, edit, and manage professional presentations (PPTs) for leadership reviews and client/internal meetings.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
  • Support MD in all the administrative and confidential work.
  • Work closely with the commercial / sales team, coordinating leadership interactions, reviews, and follow‑ups.
  • Act as a communication bridge for MD, demonstrating excellent verbal & written communication.
