ob Title : Field Engineer (Technical support executive)

Role Overview:

To provide the technical support to the field for new installation and maintenance with onsite and remote guidance. Field Engineer must have a sound knowledge of elevator/ escalator systems products. The position entails skill of new technology, trouble shooting, investigation, Analysis.

Primary responsibilities:

• Provide technical expert support to field on products, repeated issues, Resolution of the critical technical issues with RRCA
• Technical support to Bangalore factory and service engineering in new product development
• Preparation of the standard processes for field and development of the field training modules
• Preparation of the technical instructions, solution documents for field
• Should have good knowledge of elevator and networking to support new technology compass installation, security system interface, BMS integration

• Candidate should be with Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering with good academic record. Min. 3 year’s experience. Preferable in elevator industry. He should have good knowledge of MS office
