Key Responsibilities
1. Commercial & Channel Finance Management
Monitor and manage Credit Balances and Channel Finance Trackers on a daily basis.
Execute Credit Limit (CL) reviews and risk category assessments for new and existing stockists.
Oversee the end-to-end process for Channel Finance renewals and lead tracking.
Process and release Credit Codes (CC) for new customer setups.

2. Payouts, Claims & Reimbursements
Manage monthly payout cycles of various payouts for Branch stockists.
Handle GST reimbursement claims and maintain manual invoice trackers.
Coordinate with the field team to resolve stockist queries regarding payouts and claims.

3. Month-End & Year-End Closing
Execute Reconciliations and manage IO (Internal Order) creation/funding requests.
Perform IDT (Inter-Departmental Transfer) customer knock-offs and  Credit Note processing.
Manage the monthly/quarterly closing and Open PO reviews.
Handle year-end activities including NDC collection and balance confirmations for customers.


4. Compliance, Audit & Governance
Lead the Monthly and Quarterly SOX reviews, focusing on claims, circulars, and expenses.
Facilitate external audits and internal compliance reporting.

5. Vendor & Institutional (Insti) Accounts
Oversee vendor invoice management (GR/IR) and PO creation.
Manage Institutional account activities: code creation, customer clearing, AR (Accounts Receivable) reviews, and TDS reimbursements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance or Inter-CA.
Technical Skills: * Proficiency in SAP/ERP (specifically modules related to GR/IR, PO, and AR).
MS Excel skills, Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs,.
Strong understanding of basic GST compliance.
Soft Skills: High attention to detail, ability to meet strict month-end deadlines, and strong communication skills for field team coordination.
