Key Responsibilities PMO & Governance Support end-to-end PMO activities across multiple projects/accounts Prepare and circulate governance reports, dashboards, and MIS for leadership reviews Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and action items Drive adherence to defined PMO processes, standards, and timelines KPI & Reporting Track and analyze KPIs such as utilization, compliance, billing, delivery milestones, and SLAs Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports (WSR/MSR, dashboards, scorecards) Highlight trends, risks, and deviations with actionable insights Resource Management Support resource allocation, onboarding, release, and redeployment activities Coordinate with RMG, delivery managers, and stakeholders for resourcing needs Track utilization, bandwidth, and forecast requirements Maintain and validate resource allocation sheets and related trackers Compliance & Process Management Track compliance items such as timesheets, status reports (DSR/WSR/MSR), learning hours etc Follow up with defaulters and escalate noncompliance as required Ensure data accuracy across tools and trackers Stakeholder Communication Act as a coordination point between PMO, delivery teams, RMG, finance, L&D, and other functions Draft professional emails for reminders, escalations, approvals, and status updates Support leadership in audits, reviews, and management meetingsJob role
