Key ResponsibilitiesPMO & GovernanceSupport end?to?end PMO activities across multiple projects/accountsPrepare and circulate governance reports, dashboards, and MIS for leadership reviewsTrack project milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and action itemsDrive adherence to defined PMO processes, standards, and timelinesKPI & ReportingTrack and analyze KPIs such as utilization, compliance, billing, delivery milestones, and SLAsPrepare weekly, monthly, and ad?hoc reports (WSR/MSR, dashboards, scorecards)Highlight trends, risks, and deviations with actionable insightsResource ManagementSupport resource allocation, onboarding, release, and redeployment activitiesCoordinate with RMG, delivery managers, and stakeholders for resourcing needsTrack utilization, bandwidth, and forecast requirementsMaintain and validate resource allocation sheets and related trackersCompliance & Process ManagementTrack compliance items such as timesheets, status reports (DSR/WSR/MSR), learning hours etcFollow up with defaulters and escalate non?compliance as requiredEnsure data accuracy across tools and trackersStakeholder CommunicationAct as a coordination point between PMO, delivery teams, RMG, finance, L&D, and other functionsDraft professional emails for reminders, escalations, approvals, and status updatesSupport leadership in audits, reviews, and management meetingsJob role
