We are currently seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our team in Mumbai, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive and scalable web applications.
• Build intuitive and performant user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks.
• Develop robust backend services, APIs, and microservices to support business applications.
• Design and optimize relational and NoSQL database solutions.
• Implement secure, reusable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization activities.
• Support application deployment, monitoring, and maintenance in cloud environments.
• Leverage AI-powered development tools, copilots, and LLM-based services to enhance productivity and solution capabilities.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation initiatives.

Required Technical Skills

Frontend Development

• Strong proficiency in React.js and/or Next.js
• Experience with TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS
• Strong understanding of modern frontend architecture, state management, and responsive design principles

Backend Development

• Proficiency in Node.js or Python
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL APIs
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and API security best practices

Database Technologies

• Strong experience with PostgreSQL
• Experience with at least one NoSQL database such as:
• MongoDB
• Redis
• Knowledge of database design, optimization, and performance tuning

DevOps & Cloud

• Working knowledge of Docker and containerized deployments
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform:
• AWS
• Microsoft Azure
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

AI & Modern Development Practices

• Familiarity with Large Language Model (LLM) APIs
• Experience using AI coding assistants and copilots (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.)
• Understanding of prompt engineering and AI-assisted development workflows
• Exposure to integrating AI capabilities into applications is a plus

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Suitable, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in full stack application development.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and best practices.
• Familiarity with observability, monitoring, and logging tools.
• Exposure to AI-enabled application development and GenAI use cases.
• Experience working with enterprise-scale applications and cloud-native architectures.
