Job Description

  • Hardware Assembly & Deployment: Assemble desktop PCs from scratch and perform hardware upgrades (RAM, SSD, GPU) for laptops and desktops.
  • ​On-Site Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair hardware failures, including power supply issues, motherboard faults, and peripheral connectivity.
  • ​Networking: Install and configure routers, switches, and Access Points. Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity and crimp cables (RJ45) when necessary.
  • ​OS Support: Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11, including driver installations, registry fixes, and malware removal.
  • ​Field Documentation: Maintain logs of service calls and parts replaced at client locations.
