1)  Responsible to deliver end-to-end process (from designing till execution/implementation) of standard H2H, SFTP & API banking solutions 2)  To lead the development of bespoke customer specific solutions which can include customization of existing channels or development of client specific solutions. This will include activities like understanding the requirement provided by the customers either directly or via Sales/Product tams, articulate the business requirement document clearly ensuring adequate controls, engage technology team for the customization, understand and critically inspect the approach document shared by the development / vendor teams and work with multiple stakeholders to implement the bespoke solutions. Interaction with customers over calls/in person is a critical part of the activity and therefore communication skills should be effective. 3)  Risk assessment and Control is implemented – Compliance and Audit Responsibility o Review SOPs, Provide support & guidance for legal issues, Analyse the portfolio as per the regulatory environment 4)  Regular stakeholder engagement with Sales/Implementation, Operations & Information Technology (IT) 5) Carrying UAT (User Acceptance tests) for regular product launches and enhancements 1)  Conduct product related training sessions for customers’/relationship manager

1) Payables Management – Responsible for both physical and digital ecosystems through client-side cheque printing/ expense management cards/Instant Money Transfer and e-payments through API/H2H functionality and bulk uploads - a. Physical/Paper Based – Cheque Printing, Remote Cheque Printing, Demand Drafts, Dividend Disbursement Management, Cash Delivery, OTC Counter Requests & a. Electronic/Digital Based – RTGS/NEFT/IMPS/UPI/eNACH, Payment Gateway through various modes like Netbanking, POS machines, QR based, Statutory Payments (taxes, customs), State wise payments (permissions, labour tax, tender), EPFO/ESIC, Utility bill payments 2) Receivables Management – Responsible for receivable Management through POS/EDC machines, Internet Payment Gateway, UPI, H2H, NACH/eNACH and e-collect through virtual accounts - a. Paper Based – Cheque collections, Cash collections, Physical NACH collections & b. Electronic Based – RTGS/NEFT/IMPS/UPI/eNACH, Payment gateway collections through various modes like Netbanking, POS machines, QR based, Virtual account collections 3) Government Banking - Interact with various government entities for managing payment and collection and build on GeM/G2C services/ONDC/DBT/ e-Tendering & e-Auction initiatives. 4) 4.
