As the Head of Technology Risk Management, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the bank's technology infrastructure and systems. Your primary objective is to establish and maintain a robust risk management framework that aligns with the bank's strategic goals and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including IT, business units, and senior management, to identify and assess technology risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and implement effective controls. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in ensuring the bank's technology operations remain resilient and secure.

• Lead and manage the Technology Risk Management team, providing strategic direction and guidance.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive technology risk management framework, including policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential technology risks across the bank's operations.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to understand their technology needs and assess the associated risks.
• Evaluate and prioritize technology risks based on their impact and likelihood, and develop risk mitigation plans.
• Implement and monitor effective controls and monitoring processes to mitigate identified technology risks.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
• Provide risk management advice and support to senior management and business units, ensuring a risk-aware culture.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of technology risk management practices to identify areas for improvement.
• Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing within the team.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in technology risk management or a related field, with progressive leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of technology risk management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience in developing and implementing risk management strategies in a banking or financial services environment.
• Excellent understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and emerging technologies.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and assess complex technology risks.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines.
• Certifications in risk management, such as CRISC or CISA, are preferred but not mandatory.
