Senior Underwriter - Loan Against Property and Business Loans

Major Deliverables:

• Monitoring all CFAB product digital journeys from Credit side and ensuring testing/ tracing out further scope
• Active engagement with stakeholders- Product/Sales/Credit/Digital/Data Science/IT/Operations/Collections/relevant fintech/ IT vendors
• Enabling Best in Class End to End Digital Customer experience leading to business growth
• Tracing out opportunities/ not in line with policy rules from the customer segments coming in
• Discussing the data backed analysis with Credit Team/ Risk team and proposing relevant changes in the rules/ journey
• Suggest process/ journey changes and draft process notes/ BRDs
• Facilitating development/ modification of digital journeys by engaging with relevant stakeholders & BRE fintech/IT Vendors
• Credit Lead for BRE migration, Testing BRE rules for new policies along with other stake holders
• One product- one set of rules: Ensure standardisation of digital underwriting rules for Assisted digital and Online Digital journeys
• MIS Automation by liaison with Data Science/Digital and IT Teams
• Enabling enhanced Cross sell-Upsell for lending  business
• Work along with DS and Risk team for development and review of credit decisioning scorecards
• SPOC for Digital Projects undertaken by CFAB Credit Team
• Contactless (credit free including alternate data) loan sanction- 1/3rd contribution to each of the products, another 1/3rd to be with minimal Credit touch
• Evaluation and implementation of cost effective processing tools e.g.- IDV across products
• Forward thinking and at every possible step implementation of Human less processes
• Drive better efficiency with Data Science team through Machine Learning Models
• Review and Presentations to Senior management/ relevant forums

• Focus on decisioning of High Value cases for Business Loans and Loan Against Property across the country.
• Underwrite for all customer segments for Retail high value loan products and decide/ present to senior level for decisioning.
• Authorize deviations raised and documented by underwriters in compliance with credit policy.
• Finalize review of credit memos, prepared by underwriters, and approval/ decline sign-offs on every file after checking for documentation requests.
• Manage end to end credit approval for all such high value cases from Pan-India which comes for decision from all Regions.
