You will be aligned with our Supply Chain and Operations vertical and help us in the system of organizations, people, activities, information, and resources involved in moving a product or service from supplier to customer. You will be a part of Supply Chain Management team where in you will be accountable to manage supply Chain projects which will help in increasing efficiency by doing away with waste and facilitating greater profits. It also involves management of the flow of data and including all processes that transform raw data into usable and organized data. We are seeking a highly motivated Analyst to support supply chain planning operations for our aerospace engine manufacturing clients. The role will focus on demand & supply model operations, inventory management, spare part planning, vendor management, Invoice management and performance reporting.
What are we looking for? • Strong knowledge of supply chain fundamentals (demand planning, supply planning, inventory & invoice management) • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for reporting and visualization • Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills • Experience with automotive or aerospace supply chains • Knowledge of vendor risk management practices
Roles and Responsibilities: • Execute supply and demand planning models to support operational decision-making • Perform Invoice management activities including performing vetting checks, fixed repair, quantity & price analysis • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and order fulfillment • Generate operational and performance reports & dashboards using Power BI/Excel • Provide insights through data analysis to improve planning efficiency and reduce costs • Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in planning systems
