Job Description & Summary

A career within Cybersecurity and Privacy Services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients implement an effective cybersecurity program that protects against threats, propels transformation, and drives growth. As companies pivot toward a digital business model, exponentially more data is generated and shared among organizations, partners and customers. We play an integral role in helping our clients ensure they are protected by developing transformation strategies focused on security, efficiently integrate and manage new or existing technology systems to deliver continuous operational improvements and increase their cybersecurity investment, and detect, respond, and remediate threats.

Requirement:

· Provide strategic leadership for multiple GRC, Cyber Strategy, and data privacy engagements across BFSI clients.

· Develop and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders.

· Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive regulatory compliance programs, policy formulations, and risk management frameworks.

· Drive business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing client partnerships.

· Oversee end-to-end engagement lifecycle management, ensuring quality delivery, timely execution, and client satisfaction.

· Champion third-party risk management and integrate innovative tools and technologies to optimize compliance solutions.

· Mentor and lead senior project managers and engagement teams, fostering a high-performance culture.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align risk management strategies with broader organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

· Proven leadership experience in managing large-scale GRC, Cyber Strategy, and data privacy engagements in the BFSI sector.

· Deep expertise in regulatory compliance, risk assessments, policy development, and governance frameworks.

· Strong business acumen and demonstrated success in client acquisition, retention, and growth.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills at senior executive levels.

· Experienced in leveraging technology and tools to enhance compliance and risk processes.

· Exceptional project management and PMO skills to drive operational excellence.

· Ability to inspire, mentor, and lead diverse teams towards strategic goals.
