Job Description & Summary

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure enterprise blockchain based software functionality meets business requirements.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Ability to develop and follow Test Driven Development approach.
• Conduct manual and automated testing to identify bugs, regressions, and areas for improvement.
• Debug software products through testing and log analysis, pinpointing specific issues for the development team.
• Implement and manage test automation frameworks to streamline testing processes.
• Report, prioritize, and track defects and ensure timely resolution by working closely with the development team.
• Validate fixes and improvement patches, performing thorough regression testing.
• Ensure the quality of software releases and provide insights to enhance product performance.
• Continuously improve testing processes, introducing new tools and practices.
• Monitor and uphold quality standards across all phases of the software development life cycle.
• Provide detailed test reports and feedback on product quality to stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Experience with testing tools like Apache JMeter, Selenium, SonarQube or similar.
• Knowledge of testing Blockchain based applications using tools such as Hyperledger Caliper or others.
• Proficiency in scripting or programming languages used in testing (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes and tools like Jenkins.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Good to have experience Blockchain based smart contract audit.
• Knowledge of defect tracking and test case management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with web and mobile application testing.

Mandatory Skill Sets:

• Experience with testing tools like Apache JMeter, Selenium, SonarQubetesting
• Blockchain based applications using tools such as Hyperledger Caliper or others.

Proficiency in scripting or programming languages used in testing (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript)

• Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes and tools like Jenkins.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Good to have experience Blockchain based smart contract audit.

Preferred skill sets:
